Being the office manager for a large T.V. Production Studio, I have very little time to research cleaning companies. Within a year we went through 3 companies(promises promises promises). All of them promised the moon. I called Jan-Serve on a Tuesday afternoon, they showed up that night to clean and have been doing so ever since. They go above and beyond what any of us ever expected (doing the dishes for 200 employees, and how they remember which desk to return them to is beyond me). Our building hasn't looked this great in some time. The attention to detail... one of their cleaners informed me of several roof leaks for which I received several quotes. Later that afternoon Jan-Serve showed up, gave me a much better price, and had the roof repaired the next day. I have used integrity for a couple of years now for two mall office spaces that I have. They are affordable and they bust the dust! I would say give them a try if they are in your area.

After trying several cleaning companies in the area, I was very dissatisfied with service, they talked a good game, but didn't provide the service I bought. So I decided to try a franchise, I was a bit weary when they came to provide a quote. I thought that franchises would provide a more secure service, but I wouldn't be able to afford them. To my surprise, they were much cheaper than smaller companies and they offered such a great cleaning program. We have used Allison Harrison-franchise owner from this company and she was great. My company sometimes facilitate late evening functions and they worked around us without complaint or extra charges.
