What to charge? First building. Dusting, tile & porcelain floors, 5 bathrooms, lg kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 10 offices, lg library, conf rm.

I'm cleaning a medical building with a big waiting area reception room and like 20room. Should I charge more.

Is it to little to charge for an office this big its all tile and have to sweep and mop daily. along with dusting and removing finger marks from each door and cabinet.

I'm thinking about offering up myself to my boss to clean the office I work in After hours. He recently got rid of the cleaning company because we suspected theft. The office really needs cared for & us employees dont have time during office hours but when we do I'm usually the one doing it anyways. Thinking about offering him 2 times a month. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, meeting room and several offices, dusting and vacuum. Office has 8-11 employees and the owners dog who sheds everywhere. Need suggestions on what to charge.

This company has been cleaning our warehouses close to a year. I'm satified with their services. Dust every time, disinfect bathrooms all surfaces and door knobs, bathrooms are left sanitize a clean to perfection with great detail. They polish our desk each time. I need to know if I'm charging enough to clean this office?

I found King of Shine Cleaning on google.com. I thought the name was clever and thought it was cute. I called 321-348-8787 and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. Anyways I booked them to come out to do an event clean and they did such a great job that I used them several times after that. I referred them to a girlfriend with a hair salon and referred them to another local business. I known this company for years and would definitely recommend the, Henry and Mel are great!

I really cannot say enough about this cleaning company. The owner is always on site working and not just looking. He treats his employees with great respect, and what I have observed so far is that he wouldn't ask them to do what he wouldn't. He and his team are freaking awesome. He also a mastermind at stripping and waxing. Great team altogether.

We love our guy with Jan-Pro! Rod is the franchise owner and he is awesome. He pays attention to detail and is very thorough. (You might not expect that from a man but he continues to impress us!)
