After looking at the low prices for office cleaning, and super high square footage. I decided NOT to get into office cleaning! You have to clean so much for so little bit of money! It is more lucrative cleaning and refinishing floors. |

Sparkle & Shine Cleaning comes in and cleans our business office spaces (8-10) with 12-20 employees, 3 bathrooms, a breakroom, floors, dusts, pulls the trash, appliances, windows, anything we need, they'll do inside or out. And they do an immaculate job!! I highly recommend Mary and Heather. They really do go out of their way to keep you pleased and the business name says it all. They truly know how to shine things up! I highly recommend then for your cleaning needs anyday. I like them so much, I just recently hired them to do my home. I clean a 3 story building and it has about 30 rooms including 4 restroom.3 break rooms i clean 5x a week moop,dust, take out trash and vac. My boss sais he only pays me for 2 hours so i need to be in and out. Is he paying me ok for my work 400$ monthly and after taxes i only get 370 or less a month since he takes off days for shorter months or holidays. Please i need advise!! |

I have been asked to put in a bid for a company that makes vehicles handicapped accessible. It would be about 2 maybe 3 hours a day twice a week.
The job includes 3 small bathrooms, showroom floor but there are cars on the floor so not much of the floor will need cleaned, there will be dusting and again not very much, the building is one floor the receptionist has her desk and there is another desk they aren't in a separate office. How much do I charge? This is my first commercial bid and I'm not sure what to charge. Also do I charge for supplies and travel? Thank you. |

I have a pending job for our services to clean a truck stop five times a week. Details include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing floors. As well as removing trash, cleaning restrooms, filling paper products, and cleaning break rooms. Is 900 a month too low of an offer for the amount of work needed five times a week for the size of the building? |

placing a bid on 10,000 + sf office with 68 office 8 bathrooms 3 two stall, 2 conference rooms all cleaned weekly, trash 2timses per week 29 windows once per month and a kitchen, mailroom, and copy room. With about 75% wood lament 20% carpet 5% other. Around 60 employees. They furnish all equ.& supplies. I was thinking around .095 per square foot am I off base? |
