How much should I be charging
Per month or per square foot for Daily spot cleaning of glass, walls, trash container tops, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash and diaper genies, dish washing, wiping all touch surfaces, wiping furniture. Office dustingand burnishing floors once a week. Scrub bathroom once a month

We've been cleaning office for over 3 years now

I am wondering if this price is too high. Washing floors, garbage, three bathrooms, garbage removal. Burnishing floor once per month. Dusting office. I thought it would take about 4 hrs per night. In Canada. Contract is 7 days a week

I was requested by a satisfied Client that we had previously cleaned thier new home (post construction) to give a bid to clean thier buisness 1x week.
I asked if they knew the Sq ft. And did a walkthrough of the property. is there a website I can go on Define the actual footage of the warehouse/ business???

Going rates can vary. However, your best advice is to stay below prices like Service Master or some big franchise charges. In general their help isn't that bright or speaks no English. Franchises charge anywhere from a dollar twenty-five to dollar fifty per Square foot for a whole year.In putting this into perspective you may want to charge only a 1.15 to $1.20per square foot. This is just General sweeping, mopping and cleaning. Emptying trash and cleaning bathrooms. Keep in mind you cannot keep up with every messy Marvin in every office. Let them clean their own desk and office furniture. You're there provide cleanliness for the building not personal spaces. The minute that you fall into this trap everyone will want it done. With that being said I have worked out some exclusive Arrangements before, for example,a building that has many businesses who want that little extra touch. I clean an office building and part of the factory.there are 11 offices 2 ladies rm. LG. Men's room (3 stalls and 2 urinals. Large caferteria. Empty all the trash clean all the glass, vacuum, and mop.i also do some cleaning in the factory. I get 165.00 a week. Should up my cost. I used to be an employee but the CO asked to start my own company and this is what she offered to pay me. I have been doing it for 3 years now.
